Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive online sales.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and the company website.
- SEO and SEM Management: Optimize website content and structure for search engines, and manage paid search advertising campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, creating content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.

- Digital Marketing: Oversee social media channels, email marketing, and paid advertising to drive website traffic and sales.
- Content Development: Create engaging content that highlights the cultural significance of our products to attract and retain customers.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to improve marketing efforts.
- Collaboration: Work with designers, suppliers, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are consistent with our branding and inventory levels.
- Event Marketing: Plan and promote events or partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, website traffic, and ROI on campaigns to continuously optimize our marketing strategies.
