Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately at info@scotmart.uk. We understand that items can occasionally be damaged in transit, so we ask that you inspect your package upon delivery and let us know of any issues straight away. If possible, please provide us with digital photographs of any damage or fault to help us resolve the issue more quickly.
International Returns
We strive to offer all our customers, wherever they are in the world, access to the same returns policy. However, please be aware that additional restrictions may apply for orders placed outside of the UK due to Duty, Postage, Import/Export, and other restrictions beyond our control. For international customers, we recommend posting packages for return within 14 days to account for possible shipping delays.

Please note, all postage must be paid by the sender, including any duty that applies to cross-border shipping. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from your post office when returning goods. We’ll credit your account as soon as possible.
